OH & I had the most perfect breakfast this morning :}
Grapes, turkey bacon (I actually got it to be crispy !), egg whites (I finally learned how to scramble) topped with organic ketchup, & peanut butter on toast.
my queue will be running while i’m out doing HIIT :3 And I don’t ignore your submissions so most of these posts will be submissions <3
I’m sorry i’ve been gone for monthssss, but i’m trying to get back into this !

Basically all I can say is to eat clean & exercise with cardio & strength training (lifting, etc.)
